Role Overview
The Revenue Growth Management Corporate Management Trainee position is a 9-month program designed to cultivate and develop future leaders. The program includes on-the-job training, online learning, and assigned Sr. Leadership mentors/peer coaches. Participants will go through a series of learning rotations in areas such as Field Operations, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Pricing & Revenue Growth Management.
What You Will Do
Participants will be responsible for reporting learning objectives and offering business recommendations. They will also be asked to travel to other areas within the territory to learn from various leaders and attend leadership summits.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
