Role Overview

CodaBow is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to lead and optimize sales operations while driving growth across both business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) channels. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of improving systems and processes while developing a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional results.

What You Will Do

Lead and optimize sales operations across B2B, B2C, and e-commerce channels to drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Manage relationships with authorized dealers, key accounts, and consumers, ensuring exceptional service, consistent communication, and brand compliance.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
