Senior Manager, FP&A & Business Operations

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Senior Manager, FP&A & Business Operations to be the strategic finance partner to our executive team and our GTM organization. You’ll own how CodeSignal forecasts, plans, and measures the business, and report to the VP of Finance & Operations.

What You Will Do

You’ll own the company’s operating model and rolling forecast, lead the annual planning and budgeting cycle, and build models that support product launches and growth initiatives.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Business Finance
• 3+ years at a B2B SaaS company
• Expert-level financial modeling in Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong data skills: comfortable with BI and visualization tools and pulling data from CRM (Salesforce) and ERP systems
• Experience with FP&A or planning platforms is a plus
• Interest in using AI tools to speed up analysis and reporting
• Excellent communicator who can tell the story behind the numbers to finance and non-finance audiences alike
• Highly detail-oriented, with sound business judgment and the ability to balance rigor with speed
• Self-starter who’s comfortable with ambiguity and owns outcomes in a fully remote environment
