Role Overview

Cogent is an Applied AI Lab building the next generation of AI agents for cybersecurity. The Senior GTM Recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting for the sales organization and expand into marketing and other business roles as the company grows.

What You Will Do

Own full-cycle recruiting for the sales organization, map the market and competitor sales teams, build a referral program, and track recruiting metrics.

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a startup or high-growth technology company
• A track record of building enterprise sales teams at a business-to-business company
• Sourcing depth, including experience building referral programs
• A history of closing candidates in competitive processes
• Comfort running a high volume of open roles at once
• Proficiency with AI tools in day-to-day recruiting work
