Role Overview

The Vice President of People Operations leads Cogir’s people strategy and day-to-day HR partnership across its communities and service center. The role builds practical systems that help leaders hire well, develop teams, retain employees, and manage people matters consistently.

What You Will Do

The Vice President will lead the People Operations, talent acquisition, employee experience, employee relations, and learning functions; set clear priorities, service standards, and measures of success. The role will also oversee talent acquisition, employee experience, employee relations, learning and leadership development, and HR operations.
