Data Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Analyst to support fast-paced AI-driven initiatives, combining data analytics and data science skills to define success metrics, improve data quality, and generate insights that influence strategic decisions.

What You Will Do

Provide accurate and relevant data analysis, determine and prioritize data requirements, source and integrate new data sources, and create clear visualizations to communicate data insights effectively.

Requirements

• +3 years of professional experience in Data Analytics, ideally with exposure to AI/ML use cases.
• Knowledge of Tableau and Databricks.
• Ability and willingness to understand the business context and why behind technical features.
• Hands-on mindset, comfortable with day-to-day operational work and proactive engagement.
• Strong communicator able to bridge business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Product Analytics is a big plus.
• Some knowledge of LLMs, chatbots, and AI customer service solutions is a plus.
