Role Overview
Help bring Cohere’s enablement strategy to life for our field teams in North America. This generalist role will build and manage programs end-to-end, from design through rollout, measurement, and iteration, while working directly with managers and reps to ensure enablement drives results.
What You Will Do
Own enablement programs from design through rollout, measurement, and iteration; Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales Leadership, and RevOps to align GTM priorities and embed enablement into every stage of the sales lifecycle; Create and curate high-impact resources for Cohere’s solutions.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You’ll report to the Head of Sales Enablement and help establish operational rigor as this global function scales. You’ll work directly with field leadership on joint calls, deal coaching, and in-market visits, and translate field insights into updated content, playbooks, and qualification guides.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, product management, or a related field
- Proven track record of building and managing programs end-to-end, from design through rollout, measurement, and iteration
- Ability to partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Sales Leadership, and RevOps
- Experience with MEDDPICC methodology and operationalizing it into everyday seller behavior
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to refine initiatives and prove ROI
- Ability to maintain and evolve the enablement content platform to ensure global adoption
- Experience with automation opportunities for repeatable work and developing practical AI workflows
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work directly with field leadership and sellers
