Role Overview
We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance the Salesforce environment used by the client’s sales organization. This is a high-ownership role that combines independent solution delivery, complex production troubleshooting, and direct support for business users.
What You Will Do
Own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce solutions, configure and maintain Salesforce Flows, troubleshoot production issues, handle Salesforce support requests, and collaborate with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, strong knowledge of Salesforce Flows, data models, and security configuration, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flows, data models, and security configuration
- Ability to read and understand SOQL and Apex
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Loader or Data Import Wizard and bulk data operations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
