MarTech Solution Lead

Role Overview

The MarTech Solution Lead will be responsible for planning, business and data analysis, functional and technical design, and close partnership and interaction with the Digital Marketing and IT teams to support the deployment of new technology to optimize and expand digital engagement programs.

What You Will Do

The MarTech Solution Lead will lead the ideation process to develop creative technical solutions for complex marketing challenges, conduct technical feasibility assessments and value-mapping for new MarTech requests, and design solutions that leverage real-time web event data to drive hyper-personalized experiences on B2B and DTC sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or marketing field
• Minimum 7+ years of experience with at least 4 years focused on IT/Data Analytics within the Digital/Marketing domain
• Proven experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), web analytics, and customer segmentation
• Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for building web dialogues and interactive components
• Experience using GTM or Adobe Launch for advanced event tagging and tracking
• Strong ability to navigate ambiguity in requirements and lead cross-functional communication between business and engineering

Benefits

• Salary Range $106,400.00 – $155,000.00 USD
