Sales Operations Supervisor

Role Overview

The Sales Operations Supervisor will lead a team in managing all Order to Invoice (O2I) processes, ensuring operational efficiency across core technologies like SAP S4 HANA Cloud, and driving cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities include leading a diverse team, supervising Order to Invoice (O2I) processes, developing and testing new business processes, coordinating with Global IT, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and participating in special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Communications, or a related field
• 3+ years experience in a sales operations environment
• Previous people management experience, preferably leading teams of 10+ individuals
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
• Strong command of the English language in both oral and written forms
