Role Overview
We are looking for a Manager, Growth to join our Growth team and assist with the day-to-day execution of the agency’s new business efforts. The role will assist with the new business process from prospect identification and research through RFI/RFP responses, pitch development and final presentations.
What You Will Do
The Manager, Growth will partner with agency leadership and subject matter experts to shape pitch strategy, build persuasive narratives and keep complex pitches on schedule. They will also provide occasional support to our Marketing Manager on agency marketing initiatives.

Requirements
- 5+ years of media agency experience, ideally in media strategy, growth or business development
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of paid media, analytics and the advertising ecosystem
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva
- Proficient in using Claude for research, writing and project management
