Role Overview
Support a high-performing multifamily investment sales brokerage team with comprehensive financial analysis, property valuations, and underwriting for multifamily investment opportunities.
What You Will Do
Perform financial underwriting and valuation of multifamily investment properties, prepare financial analyses and supporting materials for Broker Opinions of Value (BOVs), and deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial analyses to support client investment decisions and transaction execution.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
- 2-3 years of demonstrated experience underwriting commercial real estate properties
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate valuation methodologies, financial statements, and investment metrics
- Experience analyzing rent rolls, operating statements, market comparables, and property-level financial performance
