Role Overview
The Senior Commissions Analyst is responsible for managing the commission process, ensuring accurate and timely commission calculations and payments, and translating compensation data into actionable insights for business leaders.
What You Will Do
This role involves modeling and analysis, coordination with commercial excellence team, commissions administration, and serving as a trusted advisor on complex commission questions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
- 5+ years of progressive experience in sales compensation, commission administration, financial analysis, or a related field
- Advanced experience with Xactly or a comparable incentive compensation management system
- Solid understanding and experience with commission plans for sales teams
