Senior People Operations Business Partner

Role Overview

The Senior People Operations Business Partner serves as a senior-level People Operations partner to business and site leadership, supporting the alignment of business objectives with people strategies across assigned sites and/or business segments.

What You Will Do

Independently manage complex employee relations matters, advise leaders on workforce and organizational issues, drive consistent execution of People Operations programs, and identify opportunities to improve policies, processes, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Required to work onsite daily to support a manufacturing environment.
• Flexibility to provide support outside of standard business hours, as needed.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) is preferred.
• Prior experience supporting employees in a manufacturing, engineering, or other operational environment is preferred.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
