Universal Ads, a part of Comcast, enables any brand to seamlessly make and buy commercials across premium video reaching new qualified audiences at scale. The Technical Solutions Engineer is responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues across the Universal Ads platform.
Requirements
- Own end-to-end triage and investigation of advertiser-reported technical issues
- Develop into a subject-matter expert for one or more Universal Ads product domains
- Work closely with Sales to diagnose issues surfaced from advertiser conversations and Zendesk Tickets
- Partner with Product and Engineering to translate platform failures into actionable improvements
- Monitor recurring issue patterns to proactively surface systemic problems
