Role Overview
Join our team as a Sr. Marketing Manager and play a key role in shaping marketing strategy, leading integrated demand generation campaigns, and driving measurable business impact.
What You Will Do
Partner with the Director of Marketing and business leaders to develop annual marketing plans, own demand generation campaigns, and translate business objectives into compelling campaign messaging.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Business-to-Business marketing, with demonstrated experience leading integrated campaigns or demand generation programs
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels; drive decisions and alignment across business and technical teams
- Ability to assess and prioritize sales and business needs, balancing urgency, strategic value, resource availability, and potential impact
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, manage competing priorities, and move work forward in a cross-functional team environment
- Experience using campaign performance data, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting insights to optimize marketing programs and communicate results
- Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to evaluate processes, recommend improvements, and implement practical changes that improve team efficiency and campaign outcomes
- Experience translating customer needs, market insights, and product value into effective messaging, content, and multi-channel campaign strategies
- Knowledge of Monday.com or other similar project management tools
- Experience with Salesforce/Pardot/Marketing Cloud a plus
- Experience managing agency partners, vendors, freelancers, or external creative resources, including scopes, timelines, deliverables, and feedback processes
