Role Overview
Texas Landscape Group is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth within the commercial landscape industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the commercial landscape industry, proven sales acumen, and exceptional relationship-building skills.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients, expand relationships with existing clients, and achieve ambitious sales targets. Conduct thorough market research, develop compelling proposals, and manage and track sales activities.

Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience in the commercial landscape industry or a related service industry
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
