Role Overview

As a Software Engineer | Growth, you will own the online check-out experience for millions of people in the US looking for reliable phone service. You will use data, software, and your experience and understanding of UX/UI to create a purchasing experience for consumers and businesses that captures the tremendous demand we’re seeing in the market.

What You Will Do

Design the best online check-out experience for our customers, drive business goals through experiments and metric-driven software development, and use various tools to understand user behavior and run experiments to discover what influences behavior change.

• Excellent communicator with native or close to-native English skills
• Results-driven and enjoy a fast-paced environment
• Startup experience is necessary
