Requirements
- Maintain excellent Customer Relationships
- Manage Customers and ensure their experience with Commuty is the best it can be
- Reinforce customer support
- Propose product improvement to try to reduce the support needed for specific functionalities
- Experience in a SaaS company is a plus
- Notions of project management and/or Customer support are assets
