CompanyCam is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to own the strategy, systems, analytics, and operational frameworks that power demand generation and pipeline growth.
Requirements
- Own and optimize the marketing technology ecosystem
- Administer and enhance marketing automation platforms
- Manage integrations between marketing platforms and Salesforce
- Build and maintain marketing dashboards and reporting frameworks
- Design and evolve multi-touch attribution models
- Provide insights that help marketing leadership optimize channel mix and budget allocation
- Define and operationalize scalable processes for campaign execution and automation workflows
- Own lead lifecycle operations from capture through qualification and opportunity creation
- Partner with Sales to establish and maintain lead routing and follow-up SLAs
- Support demand generation and ABM programs through segmentation and campaign analytics
- Lead cross-functional projects that improve marketing execution and systems performance
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and automation capabilities
