Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will lead marketing campaigns and brand initiatives that support partner brands across Canada, requiring a strategic thinker who can execute projects across multiple channels. This role is based in Charlotte, NC, and involves working with internal teams to shape and optimize marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, copywriting, and digital marketing, with experience in B2B and/or foodservice.

What You Will Do

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, leading brand management and creative initiatives, and guiding organic marketing efforts across social, digital, and select print channels. This includes crafting persuasive copy, building and managing project calendars, and evaluating campaign performance against ROI and KPI goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years in marketing, copywriting, and digital marketing, ideally within B2B and/or foodservice
• A track record of leading marketing projects and brand initiatives from start to finish
• Sharp copywriting and editing skills, with an eye for detail
• Strong communication, collaboration, and cross-functional teamwork
• Comfort preparing marketing proposals, briefs, and presentations
• Familiarity with social media, website, and marketing automation tools
• Working knowledge of Canadian digital marketing landscape (laws, best practices, etc) strongly preferred
• French language skills are a plus
