Performance & Growth Marketing Manager:in (SEA / Paid Social) (20-30h/Woche)

We are seeking a Performance & Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Performance Marketing expert, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Paid channels, developing campaign strategies, and building a clean tracking setup. You will also work closely with our Content/Community and SEO agency teams. If you have several years of experience in Performance Marketing with budget responsibility, a strong understanding of Google/Microsoft Ads and Paid Social, and a structured work style, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in Performance Marketing with budget responsibility
• Very good understanding of Google/Microsoft Ads and Paid Social
• Analytical thinking and a strong understanding of numbers and relationships
