As a French Speaking Administrative Assistant – Inside Sales, you will take part in a constantly improving department, explore new business models, enhance your skills, and contribute to improving our services. You will be responsible for gathering and managing accurate data, prioritizing and coordinating work schedules, supporting various administrative and organizational tasks, managing and controlling administrative processes, ensuring the team meets performance targets, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and French
  • Administrative experience
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
  • Ability to plan and organize workload effectively
  • Proactive and able to set priorities
  • Good communication skills
  • Service-oriented attitude
  • Ability to perform accurate and precise work
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
