Senior Salesforce Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our application development team. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise Salesforce solutions while serving as a technical leader for the development team.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, test, implement, and support custom Salesforce applications and enhancements. Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into scalable technical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 8 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong experience with Apex development, classes, triggers, and custom programming.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Experience and Lightning UI development.
• Proficiency with Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality and platform capabilities.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and integrating Salesforce with external systems.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and platform performance optimization.
• Experience working within formal QA and test-driven development environments.
• Experience supporting development, testing, staging, and production deployment cycles.
• Knowledge of Salesforce declarative development, including Flows, Validation Rules, Assignment Rules, Change Sets, Process Builder, Reports, and Developer Console.
• Experience with synchronous and asynchronous integrations, batch processing, and real-time integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
