Data Scientist

Role Overview

The Data Scientist is responsible for supporting clients through data & contact operations by providing insight to drive overall campaign performance.

What You Will Do

Manipulate, analyze, and interrogate data sets, present findings to internal and external clients, and take responsibility for effective planning and delivery of project work.

Requirements

• Advanced English Speaker
• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst
• Proficiency with statistical analysis packages, such as SAS, SPSS, and other computer programs
• Experience with programming languages Python or R
• Experience in data mining and predictive modelling activities
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Advanced SQL skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical and statistical concepts clearly
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Data visualization experience
• Experience using AWS or similar cloud-based technologies
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, tools, and practical applications
• Experience using JIRA for task tracking, project coordination, and workflow management
• Familiarity with GitHub and/or GitLab for version control, collaboration, and code repository management
