Field Marketing

On Site Full TimeNew York, New York, United StatesConduct

Role Overview

As one of Conduct’s first marketing hires, you will own field marketing, working hand in hand with Sales to turn trade shows, SAP events, and industry events into qualified pipeline with the world’s largest companies.

What You Will Do

You will work forward-deployed with Sales, owning the programme end to end, deciding which events to attend, booking meetings, making sure our presence on site is excellent, and following up until conversations become opportunities.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We’re looking for a generalist with sharp taste and a bias to action, who has built things before, has strong opinions on what great looks like, and stays hands-on whatever their seniority.

Requirements

  • A clear spike in field marketing, ideally in enterprise B2B software, with a track record of turning events into measurable pipeline alongside sales teams.
  • Comfort owning a budget and making clear calls on where to invest and where to say no.
  • Exceptional organisation, and the confidence to run complex events and senior speakers.
  • Genuine conviction about the problem Conduct solves. Experience with the SAP ecosystem or marketing to CIOs is a strong plus.
  • An appetite for being in the office every day when you’re not at events, close to the team and the work.
