Data Analytics / BI Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Analytics / BI Analyst Semi Senior to join the Data & Analytics area in Asunción, Paraguay. The person will be responsible for developing dashboards, reports, and indicators using Tableau, working collaboratively with different areas to identify improvement opportunities and generate valuable insights.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, and maintain executive and operational dashboards using Tableau. Analyze large volumes of data from various sources. Raise requirements with business users and transform them into analytical solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or similar positions.
• Advanced experience in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud.
• Mastery of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Experience working with relational databases.
• Knowledge of data modeling and construction of KPIs.
• Advanced handling of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience integrating and analyzing data from multiple sources.
• Ability to develop decision-oriented visualizations.
