Role Overview

The Director of Creator Acquisition will lead the growth of high-performing creators on the ShopYourLikes platform, focusing on identifying, engaging, and recruiting performance-driven creators who generate real commerce through affiliate partnerships.

The role involves building a pipeline of high-value creators, developing compelling offers to win their business, and positioning ShopYourLikes as the platform that helps creators maximize their earnings.

Requirements

• 8+ years in the creator economy, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or social commerce
• Proven sales and business development instincts, with experience closing partnerships and driving pipeline
• Experience recruiting and partnering with commerce-driven creators
• Strong understanding of affiliate monetization, conversion dynamics, and creator earnings models
• Deep understanding of the creator landscape, including the conferences, events, and meet ups that matter most
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage a pipeline, including sourcing, outreach, and conversion tracking
• Strong relationship-building skills with both creators and internal leadership
