Constellation is a cutting-edge AI solution that empowers highly regulated and complex industries with insights and content. The Senior Growth Strategist will build and execute digital campaigns, think creatively, and project manage various processes across clients and internal teams.
What You Will Do
Build and execute digital campaigns, create reports, develop strategic insights, and present to clients on a monthly basis.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable growing existing client budgets, have experience with digital marketing, and be able to analyze and present data in a meaningful way.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience with digital marketing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete projects within a deadline
- Ability to analyze and present data in a meaningful and digestible way
- Familiarity with A/B testing and multivariate experiments
- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
- Ability to present to executives and C-suite on the client side and internally
- Highly resourceful team-player with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
- Detail oriented is a must
