Role Overview
The Senior Financial Analyst provides analytical support and business insights to help inform organizational decision-making. This role works with leaders and stakeholders across the organization to evaluate information, identify trends, support strategic initiatives, and assist in the development of recommendations that drive business performance.
What You Will Do
Analyze financial, operational, and business information to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Develop reports, presentations, summaries, and other analytical materials for management and leadership.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Five (5) or more years of experience in an analytical, financial, business, or related professional role
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate complex information
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
