Role Overview
The Business Development Operations Manager provides administrative support for Contexture’s Business Development, Operations, and Engagement Department. This position works across multiple business applications to streamline and expedite functions.
What You Will Do
Tracks sales and program data, provides reporting to support forecasting and performance. Owns the development and ongoing maintenance of Salesforce reports and dashboards.

Requirements

- Understanding of clinical workflows.
- Experience with E.H.R. software systems a plus.
- Understanding of the HIE landscape, including functionality, technology (HIT) and policy.

- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to excel in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, diverse, results-oriented culture.
- Comfortable with changing priorities and evolving processes.

- Experience and comfort working with Senior Level executives.

- Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions with limited information.

- Experience with CRM systems; ideal knowledge of Sales Force
