Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analytics Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable data solutions that transform raw data into actionable business insights.
What You Will Do
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards for governance and scalability.

Requirements
- Advanced English (Spanish is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Data Science/Analytics or related field
- 4+ years in BI or analytics roles
- Experience in virtual project management within remote teams
- Experience integrating Power BI with SharePoint, Teams, or other collaboration tools
- Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, M Language for Power Query, and data modeling
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, with proven ability to influence stakeholders and work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
