Intermediate Salesforce Administrator

Role Overview

Contour Software is seeking an Intermediate Salesforce professional to support and expand its use of Salesforce across the business. The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on Salesforce technical skills with a good understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.

What You Will Do

Develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and standard platform capabilities. Manage Salesforce security, user access, data models, automation, reports, and dashboards. Design and implement API integrations between Salesforce, billing platforms, customer support tools, survey systems, and internal software products.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The chosen individual will work out of the Contour Software Karachi/Lahore/Islamabad resource center office, as an extension of the division-based R&D department. The role requires a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and development.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, data modeling, security, and platform architecture fundamentals.
• Practical experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow.
• Experience developing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs and integrating Salesforce with external systems.
• Understanding of Salesforce deployment practices, source control, testing, and release management.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work directly with business and technical stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset, with the ability to manage multiple enhancements and contribute to a growing project pipeline.
