Director, People Operations – Talent Acquisition Focus

Role Overview

The Director of People Operations will lead the recruiting function and provide senior-level People Operations support across a multi-site, service-focused organization.

The Director will lead the Talent Acquisition team, strengthen recruiting processes, and help ensure the organization has the workforce needed to support its clients and continued growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field
• 7 or more years of progressive Human Resources and Talent Acquisition experience
• Demonstrated experience leading a Talent Acquisition function or recruiting team
• Experience partnering directly with operations leaders and hiring managers to deliver staffing results across multiple locations
• Experience developing recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, interview practices, job descriptions, and recruiting performance measures
• Broad HR knowledge, including employee relations, performance management, compliance, workforce planning, onboarding, retention, and leadership coaching
• Strong knowledge of California employment law
• Strong communication, judgment, organization, problem-solving, coaching, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and drive consistent execution across geographically dispersed locations
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly to CSG offices, client locations, and operating regions
