Role Overview
The Manager – Growth & Impact will play a pivotal role in driving strategic state partnerships, identifying new growth opportunities, and ensuring that the organisation’s interventions are designed, delivered, and measured for meaningful impact.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include building and sustaining strong relationships with senior government officials, representing the organisation in strategic discussions, and leading state teams to ensure high-quality execution across workstreams.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science or MBA or Masters in Education / Public Policy or related field
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in education sector strategy, project management, or government engagement
- Strong exposure to working with government ecosystems in education
- Prior experience in managing relationships with senior bureaucrats is essential
- Prior experience and understanding of leveraging tech products for social impact or having developed tech products / DPGs
- Proven ability to design and manage education interventions with measurable impact
- Experience in leading teams and managing complex, multi-stakeholder programmes
- Strategic thinker with a strong execution bias
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and navigating complex stakeholder environments
- Data-driven, impact-oriented, and deeply committed to improving public education systems
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative leadership style
