Role Overview

The Senior GTM Operations Specialist will serve as an experienced professional responsible for supporting core planning, operating rhythm, budget, vendor, and governance operations across the GTM Excellence organization.

What You Will Do

Manage key reporting artifacts, coordinate and maintain GTM Excellence operating cadences, implement and maintain governance mechanisms, and identify operational risks and process gaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Extensive experience in GTM operations, business operations, planning, budget operations, procurement operations, or a related discipline
• Demonstrated ability to analyze budget, vendor, or planning issues, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions
• Strong understanding of GTM operations, budgeting practices, vendor lifecycle processes, and operational governance
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders such as Finance, Procurement, Accounting, Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Enablement, or business operations teams
