Role Overview

Join a collaborative CRM team that has real impact on business performance. The Senior CRM Analyst will help support the CRM team to plan, implement, schedule, and execute timely email, SMS, push notification, and in-app messages to Churned users.

What You Will Do

Own implementation of emails, SMS, push notifications, and building of customer segments in the CRM platform (Braze) for Churned User efforts. Maintain the CRM marketing calendar and Roadmap. Support upkeep of weekly performance reporting.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of working experience in D2C email marketing
  • Experience with building and deploying emails from scratch
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative partners (designers & copywriters)
  • Experience operating a CRM platform (i.e, Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, customer.io, etc.)
  • Very strong written and verbal skills in English
  • Attention to detail, good communication skills and an ability to juggle multiple tasks on often short deadlines
