Revenue Operations Specialist

Role Overview

The Revenue Operations Specialist will support and improve commercial processes, performance management, and data governance across Europe. The role will be responsible for developing and maintaining quota models, territory alignment processes, customer assignments, and account coverage plans to support commercial planning activities. The specialist will analyze commercial data and prepare reports, dashboards, and insights that support business decision-making and performance management.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include developing quota models, supporting annual quota planning cycles, analyzing commercial data, managing data quality, ensuring data consistency across systems, and performing regular data audits. The specialist will also collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, IT, and Operations teams to support commercial initiatives and operational execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a related role
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, data modeling, and data analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
• Experience working with CRM, ERP, and reporting systems
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
