Role Overview
Design, pitch, and build custom outbound systems for clients. Figure out what will generate pipeline for each client, make the case for it, and then build it and run it.
What You Will Do
Run discovery with clients, propose new outreach strategies, build enrichment and scoring workflows, build and manage multichannel sequences, own deliverability, track results, and iterate quickly.

This role requires someone who can balance consulting and engineering skills, with experience in building outbound automation, multichannel outbound, and n8n workflows.
Requirements
- 2+ years building outbound automation
- advanced Clay experience
- hands-on multichannel outbound experience in LGM or a comparable tool
- hands-on n8n experience
- working knowledge of cold email deliverability
- experience with all major CRM platforms
- client-facing experience
- strong writing skills
- sound judgment on outreach compliance
