Director, Revenue Operations

Role Overview

The Director of Revenue Operations will lead the design and continuous improvement of the revenue operating model across Corpay’s International Vehicle Payments business. This is a strategic and operational leadership role, responsible for improving the processes, standards, and operating mechanisms that enable Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to perform effectively.

What You Will Do

The Director of Revenue Operations will be responsible for defining and implementing the Revenue Operations operating model and roadmap across Corpay IVP, establishing clear ownership and governance across revenue-related processes, and managing and prioritizing cross-functional Revenue Operations initiatives based on commercial impact.

Requirements

• Significant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence or a related function
• Strong understanding of sales processes, funnel management, forecasting and commercial performance
• Experience with quota setting, territory design, capacity planning or incentive compensation
• Proven experience leading cross-functional change in a complex, multi-market organisation
• Strong analytical, commercial and problem-solving skills
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work effectively across functions and geographies
• Practical, structured and execution-focused leadership style
