Role Overview
The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for the strategy and relationship with clients, ensuring the sales and promotion of Cosentino products. The role will involve acquiring new and maintaining current customers, understanding their needs, and delivering the best services.
What You Will Do
The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for sales, customer service, and business intelligence. Key responsibilities include developing product knowledge, presenting and selling products to customers, managing customer relationships, and increasing market share.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of sales or field merchandising experience, 2+ years of experience interacting with multiple levels within the commercial industry, and experience with customer databases and stone fabrication or distribution.
Requirements
- 4+ years of sales or field merchandising experience
- 2+ years of proven capacity to interact with multiple levels within all faces with commercial industry projects
- Experience with Customer database, Salesforce preferred
- Stone fabrication or distribution experience
