Senior Manager, Commercial FP&A

Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Commercial FP&A will serve as the primary financial business partner to Cosette Pharmaceuticals’ Commercial organization, supporting both the Branded and Generic businesses. The role provides financial leadership across revenue forecasting, gross-to-net (GTN), gross margin, commercial investments, product profitability, sales and marketing expenses, performance analytics and strategic decision support.

What You Will Do

The Senior Manager will monitor sales forecasts versus budget, support Marketing with sales projections, identify risks and opportunities, and perform investment ROI analysis. The role will also develop a deep understanding of brand strategies, customer/channel dynamics, pricing, market access, competitive activity and product lifecycle considerations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline
• Approximately 6+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally including Commercial Finance or FP&A
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial modeling
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities, including think-cell
• Experience with ERP/planning/reporting platforms such as SAP, Hyperion and Power BI
• Ability to analyze large datasets and translate financial information into actionable recommendations
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior Commercial and Finance leaders
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
