Role Overview

Cosmoprof, part of the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world, is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create memorable shopping experiences for customers. This part-time role is based in Manchester, CT, and focuses on assisting customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails.

What You Will Do

Build relationships and inspire loyalty, recommend additional products, inform customers of promotions, set up displays, enroll customers in the Loyalty program, complete transactions, and maintain a professional store environment.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation
• May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion
• Requires long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities
• Recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes
• Working around moving parts, carts, or machines
• May occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals
