Role Overview

The Sales Associate will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers by assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, and recommending additional and complimentary products.

Build relationships, inspire loyalty, recommend products, inform customers of promotions, set up displays, and complete transactions accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to meet scheduling needs
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers, and management
• Ability to execute knowledge from product training
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties
