Role Overview

The Sales Associate will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers by building relationships, recommending products, and informing customers of promotions. The role involves standing, walking, and lifting moderately heavy items. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and 1+ years of retail sales or customer service experience is preferred.

What You Will Do

The main responsibilities include executing knowledge from product training to support customer service, reading and explaining product labels, and following direction to perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation
