Role Overview
As a Business Development Consultant, you will have a high level of integrity and the opportunity to manage, nurture & grow your existing client base. You’ll be part of a dynamic, motivated team that strives to become the UK’s number 1 Residential Property portal.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include developing business growth through sourcing, generating, and building new business for OTM, understanding the OTM suite of products, identifying new sales leads, and negotiating business terms with new and existing clients.

Requirements
- Proven track record of sales success
- Demonstrate that you have maintained and grown clients over the medium and long-term
- Outstanding communication, presentation and objection handling skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
- A consultative selling style with account management techniques
- Ability to navigate a large organisation
- Current and valid driver’s license
