Requirements
- Develop and execute SEM strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and emerging platforms
- Own budget allocation, pacing, and optimization to maximize ROI and scale
- Drive performance improvements across bids, keywords, creatives, and campaign structure
- Build reporting frameworks and deliver actionable insights through dashboards and presentations
- Lead testing and adoption of new features, automation, and growth opportunities
- Partner with analytics, creative, product, and external teams to ensure data integrity and drive performance
- Monitor competitive landscape and provide insights to sales and marketing teams
- Explore and test ways to improve program performance utilizing AI techniques
