Role Overview
The Office Manager will be responsible for making the Berlin office a great place to work, taking on tasks from People Operations, and growing into People Operations topics. The role will focus on office management, with about 70% of the time dedicated to this area, and the remaining 30% on People Ops. The Office Manager will be the first point of contact for everything related to the office, ensuring it runs smoothly, guests feel welcome, and the team has everything they need.
What You Will Do
The Office Manager will perform tasks such as reception, post, deliveries, ordering in the kitchen, meeting rooms, and shared spaces. They will also manage access, keys, and workplaces, and ensure new colleagues find a ready place from day one. Additionally, they will take over the procurement process for the office, review invoices, and prepare them for the Finance team. The Office Manager will also organize team events, offsites, summer festivals, and Christmas parties, and support the organization of Onsite Weeks.
