Role Overview
As the Organic Growth Manager, you will be responsible for making Cosuno the answer when contractors and trade firms search on Google and in AI assistants through our blog, website, and Marketplace pages. You will join a lean marketing team and shape how it operates as it scales.
What You Will Do
You will build our blog into a steady source of qualified sign-ups, own website SEO, make Cosuno the source AI assistants cite, and start content partnerships. You will also use AI to make organic faster and better and measure the path from impression to qualified sign-up.

Requirements
- owned SEO and content for a B2B or two-sided platform
- strong technical SEO
- hands-on experience with AI search and language models
- excellent German writing skills
- data-driven and experienced with Search Console, GA4, Semrush
- AI-first approach and ability to automate tasks
- native-level German and fluent English
