Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as analyzing financial data and providing insights to support business decisions.

What You Will Do

Perform regular financial reporting and forecasting, analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions, support business decision-making and execution, define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and take timely actions.

The successful candidate will have 8 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field, financial modeling expertise, and proficiency in MS Office Excel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 8 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Financial modeling expertise and proficiency in MS Office Excel
• Experience in solving financial problems from a business perspective
• Intermediate-level business English proficiency
